Vtiger Custom Buttons is a Vtiger extension which is designed to enhance the performance while updating the records. It can be configured to show a modal popup with selected fields. For example, you can add a button to “Update Contact” which will only show contact fields when clicked.

Also can use for

• Checklists (popups that only include checklist fields)
• Missed/Incomplete information i.e. to hide/show buttons only if the conditions are true e.g “Missing phone number”.
• Sales Stage-specific information (popups which include demo, on-boarding, follow up plan)

Also, it supports conditional logic i.e. buttons can be shown or hidden based on particular conditions. for example, if the company address is incomplete, you can show a button indicating it with an option to update the address when the button is clicked.
